Cathedral Oaks Consulting specializes in providing consulting services exclusively and directly to California’s regional agencies including Councils of Government, Regional Transportation Planning Agencies, Metropolitan Planning Organizations, and Transportation Sales Tax Authorities. As former senior-level employees at those agencies, we quickly begin making a difference for the clients that hire us by applying our hands-on, "insider's experience".

Project Management

We are happy to share our experience by training the staff of our clients one-on-one or in workshops and seminars. We also help our clients assess their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment plans for new positions.
